After your first visit to Vanity Fur you and your pet have the option to become part of our Prefurred Client Programme. This programme is designed for those who understand the importance of regular grooming, as our way of saying ‘thank-you’ for your loyal custom. At Vanity Fur we believe that owners should get rewarded for good behaviour too.

There are two loyalty programme options available to you. The first is to become a standing appointment client by selecting appointment intervals of one to eight weeks. We will confirm the date of the next appointment when you pick your pet up and as a courtesy will give you a call three days in advance of the appointment.

The second option is to select the interval for the appointment. We will then call you two weeks before the interval selected to schedule a confirmed appointment.

Regardless of which option you choose, as a member of the Vanity Fur Prefurred Client Programme you will receive:

• ‘Prefurred’ pricing due to regularity of grooms
• Priority booking during peak seasons
• Collar tag loyalty disc
• The chance of having your pet feature on one of our seasonal cover posters in the window
